did see Armstrong riding as a Super Domestique for Leipheimer in the Giro, dragging him over some of the tougher climbs, (Leipheimer wasn't good enough to cope then and he won't be good enough to cope now in the Tour) that's his friend and countryman though - he's doubly assured of his loyalty should he need now.

thing aren't going well for Menchov are they User Posted Link ? - after winning the Giro though i wouldn't have expected him to be anything other than an also-ran in the Tour
