Wales

Other than Bristol, where is good to stay with a bunch of kids in west Wales? We're going to do a week in Anglesey and a couple of days near Swansea and are toying with the idea of stopping off at Aberystwyth (or anywhere!) for a couple of days en route in between the two. But would it be too samey (castles and beaches) for the kids - are there good things to do anywhere in west Wales that loads of kids under ten would enjoy?
