If you don't back the team on the pitch in the games, it'll fail.
Simple.

Oh I don't know.
Poor managers, the lot of them.
However there are times when I think much of the noise created is negative, and our interests would be better served in using that energy positively.

This stuff used to wind me up, doesn't seem to as much anymore. I'm not sure if that's norwich or football as a whole.
