Maybe, I dunno. Croft is just about the only player i can't get angry at, which is strange

I think it's cause he put the effort in, if not the quality at times.

Also, whenever a players contract runs out, I always think the club is culpable to a degree. They know the expiry date, so why let it get that far?

I could troll through the net for evidence, but I have some memory of his contract being discussed and us deciding to put off talks.
