AHOY hotmail geeks!!!!

with hotmail if you send an e-mail (electronic mail) to an incorrect address it chucks it back ate yer with a notification e-mail. If you send with a correct address then this by definition means that the address exists and the e-mail has been delivered? Is this a FACT or a fact?

It^^^^ is quite importanto.

thank you in anticipation.
