Punctuation help needed.
Seeing as though there is always people on here pointing out grammar mistakes could someone solve this is/are issue for me:
In the following paragraph should the first "is" be an "are"
"Included in this Capex is the drilling (to be completed by Magpie - around ?20,000), the CQA management for the drilling and infrastructure (Torus Environmental - around ?7,000), the contractor labour to extend and connect the new wells into the extraction system (Stuart House Limited - around ?20,000) and the supply of pipeworks and fittings (M.G.S - ?3,000)"
is's and are's I find really confusing. It's like I'm IS-lexic.
