I challenge anyone else, including you or me, to commit 16 per cent of their total worth to NCFC and expect nothing (no control, no interest, no repayment, no profit) in return.

R Chase was PROUD that NCFC never had any outside investment under his reign; no interest-free loans, no handouts, nada. Just think how things could have been different if Chase had dipped into his own pocket to prevent the sale of Ward & Newsome.
