but absolutely prepared to go with the logic of getting everybody behind the team in order to dig ourselves out of the s**tpile we were already in

so i'd go with a and b and unfortuantely Charlton showed that he failed to deliver d, cos although the fans were still together (certainly more than they would be under his predecessor) the players were already on holiday
