precisely - why pay money to the taxman when the club could have the extra money

just by calling the transfer of funds a different type of transaction. Delia does not expect the money back, but as it is a loan, this makes supporters worry/argue that she wants her money back as otherwise she would have just given the money. However as stated - it has to be a loan to get through the nice little tax loophole.
