I have no problem with that.
Its still money that went from their account, into the clubs account.

They MAY get it back, the point is they don't have it anymore, and never will have it unless someone offers to buy their shares at an amount that would return the initial outlay.

I'm not saying you are doing this, but it irritates me greatly when people say that because they have converted loans into shares (which benefits the club as they don't then have to repay them) that it doesn't count as money into the club.
Of course it bloody does.
It (was) in the clubs accounts, its no longer in their accounts.
