you are not defending Roeder's attitude though...

i think most on here would agree that Roeder made some good permanent signings, that's never really been disputed

unlike pants you also do not seem to be suggesting that Roeder should still be in a job

of course the board have made mistakes and of course the only way we're going to turn things around is with some vague sense of stability in booth the playing staff and the management but to blindly follow and support the wrong manager when it is clear that he is the wrong person for the job would be utterly ridiculous and that's where pants is on his own
