Am i being a little thick here (lets be honest, that's wouldn't be a first)

If the catering is making a PROFIT of ?600,000 then does that not mean that its income is ?600,000 more than its expenditure?

So what ever it costs to run it, its bringing that money back into the club, plus an extra ?600k?

So if we spend ?5m on it, and it brings ?5.6m back in, we can still spend the ?5m we spent on it on other things? Right?
