The other thing I think about players, is I reckon some of them

are only one week away from being s**t in their heads, so they need to be head strong about themselves at all times

One week away from being s**t, I mean in the cases of players like Paul Parker, Eddie Newton etc, in the cup final one summer, playing for Barnet 18 months later

I often wondered what happened to Mark Stein's self belief, scoring for chelsea loads for a few seasons, then sat in league one with bournemouth for the next 6 or so years :s
