It's happening all across Europe though

Should all the clubs affected just throw their hands up and give up? Do so many other Championship clubs make the excuses we always do? I asked this question in August, and will do so again: clubs like Wolves, Sheff Utd, Palace or Ipswich expect to be in the shake-up year-in, year-out. Most of the time, they are. Why them, and almost never us?
