If you finish 4th from bottom with a squad who by all rights should have been relegated then obviously you have done a hell of a job.
If you had a great squad witha ton of money to spend and finish mid table then obviously you have done very badly.
People only look at wins and losses. And thats fair enough to some degree.
I think the time a manager should go is when he stops taking us forward. (improving based on resources)
Now for GR that moment may be now.
As I said, Im still undecided.
Part of me wants to see a bit more hoping it will turn around.
Part of me thinks that sacking him now will let the new manager use the transfer window.
