Well you and I actually don't really know

what resources managers have. What we can be entirely certain of is that when he took over Roeder inherited a squad that was massively worse than anyone else had.
What we also know is that there were no scouting reports . We also know that he inherited an academy that has produced next to nothing.
Like I've said before we can hugely improve on what Roeder inherited and still go down.
