I think most balanced people agree.

I think an overall good job on shipping out dead wood and brininging in some quality for almost no money.

Infact the players sold. Brown, Lewis ect have covered most of his budget so in reality he has not spent much at all to build the squad.
Not every player will work out because basically he is taking chances on players that prem clubs or bigger clubs wont touch.
How can you knock the Cort deal?
No fixed contract, no fee. What do people want?
Of course its a gamble but its not risking much for a potential of a decent return.
I think its fair of GR to point out he is opperating with the smallest squad in the champs.

I think everyone is head scratching at some of his on field decisions.
His arrogance towards the fans doesn't sit well at norwich.
Although we like to think we are a biggger club we dont like big time charlies too much.

He should save the arrogance for when we are doing well.
Bitter medicine goes down better with sugar.

I saw Curbs on TV the other day saying he has no interest in a champs jobs.
I dont rate him as even a high calibre manager and he would have no interest coming here.

Thats the problem, wishing for managers much better than Roeder is like wishing for Wayne Rooney or Frank Lampard in your team.

Realistically GR might be as good a manager we can hope for given our position.
He may get lucky like Worthy and find his best team by accident along with luck with injuries.

keeping us up this year will be a success given how tight things are.
