The argument that we should stick with a dreadful manger simply because we had to get rid of the last two is silly. SCC 28 is right. He's no good, and he should go.

Having said that I don't think the Board are brave enough to admit their error again. And, in the same way as some of the posters on here, they are somehow taken in by the Roeder 'myth' that he is a decent operator when he clearly isn't.
