Its not that we think GR is a great manager..........

its that the arguments against are not always realistic.

If its about tactics then fair enough. I am scratching my head just as much as the next fan.

If its about squad quality and results............

I think he has done a great job of clearing out a lot of deadwood and bringing in quality for very little money.

Is he the best man to lead those players, probably not.

Is a highly proven manager going to come here?
When he will be told he has no money and a small squad that lacks quality.

Some of the best managers are good because they dont take jobs that have a high probability of failure.

If we go with unproven at this level we might get another Peter Grant.

If we could find a manager that had all the qualities you are looking for.......... why the f**k would he come to Norwich when he could have the pick of many better situations. (i e clubs with actual money and squads)

Asking for the prefect manager in our situation is the same as asking for Rooney, Lampard and Tevez in our team.

Sure we would all like something better but frankly we a dreaming.
