I do not see why

whenever I, or anyone else like me, points out that Roeder is a s**t manager with a s**t managerial record we are 'shouted down' with comments like 'And your solution is?' and 'What do you expect him to do?' as though there has never been a manager or a club which has produced good performances in difficult circumstances.

What I am looking for is a manager who can motivate the team.

Who can get the team to play above itself.

Who can sign some decent players from lower league teams.

Who does not blame the referee every time his team loses.

Who does not take every opportunity to tell everybody how good he is, his staff are, his players are etc etc despite the fact that we can all see he is either deluded or a liar.

Who can actually get players to perform. That is the manager's job. If he can't do it, and Roeder can't, then he should not steal his salary from our club.

Those of you who make excuses for him are just hiding from the truth.

And actually I think you know it, too!
