that sounds a terrific idea

it would be like dining in new york. i once had a meal in a great big swanky restaurant in vienna and we had four (4) waiters to our table (not including the sommelier) and each course was like a F1 pitstop as they took away and replaced each course (but without the tyre changes, car, refuelling and so on). the portions were tinier than an ipswich fans brain but I absolutely loved it right off.
