Yeah, maybe. I do think he's prone to getting people's back up, though.

Which isn't helpful. I mean, I couldn't care less if some of the players don't like him: I don't think it's particularly significant. But if he's continually brassing people off, it's going to have an impact eventually, if it be an agent deciding "Well f**k you Mr Roeder, I won't help this deal go through", or a player or set of players deciding that "life might be easier if we got this arsehole the sack".

It doesn't hurt to be nice occassionally, you know what I mean?
