He rules out the possibility of inexperienced managers so what does that leave us with?

A lower league one? Again no experience at this level so where is the guarantee?

I'm not totally against it, but people have to realsie managers are not queueing up to come here, at least not top quality ones that fit the criteria laid down in his post.
