I wouldn't use the term...

'needs more time' but I do think he deserves a couple of seasons to get us into the premiership (we don't have a god given right to go straight back up) . If he doesn't do that within 2 seasons then it must be time to go. I'd probably rank him at about 65 - 70 on your scale.
