70-89 tremendous job. give him a new contract
50-69 could do better but needs more time
40-49 not happy with him at all
30-39 treading very thin ice, very disappointing
20-29 board give vote of confidence
10-19 sack him now
0-9 sack him and the board and all the players

I would say 55 currently.
