Urm. God knows. Try reseating all the cables - particularly
the big bundles of cable linking the PSU to the motherboard and the PSU to each of the drives.
Also the much smaller wires linking the motherboard to the buttons/lights on the case.
And the cables linking the drives to the motherboard.
Other than that, dunno.
