PC Advice needed... can someone tell me if this is a good deal?

It certainly looks it on the face of it.

I just want a PC with no peripherals, and a half decent spec, for my mum. Bear in mind she currently has a Dell laptop, with 1.2 processor and 256 RAM...

Is not having OS recovery discs a problem?

Only drawback I can see is that it doesn't have a DVD Write, but I cant see her using that too much.

Does the Network/Connectivity bit mean it has a wireless network adapter?

Don't really get Dual Core - can I take it that 1.8 Dual Core is in reality 3.6 speed?
