I don't know one way or the other

what I was concerned about at the time (and this was 8 or 9 years ago) was whether he had the knowledge necessary to advise on this sort of thing in Norwich. In the same way I was much more concerned as to whether had the credentials to replace Bennett. In both cases I think subsequent events showed these were valid concerns. Relating to property and planning there were the "?2million in infrastructure costs" and the rejection of what the club wanted to do at Colney (although that turned out to be a boon).
