Right, this whole little-old-Norwich bulls**t - it's been actively encouraged at the top, for years now - particularly when we had our most recent season in the Premier League, and back then I think it was actively responsible for giving the manager an excuse for bad performances ("OK, so we didn't beat Blackburn at home despite being 1-0 up against 10, but what can we do, we're only little old Norwich").

With the management team thinking that defeat was, if not acceptable, then at least excusable, then it's hardly a surprise that we didn't win an away game that entire season.
