I'd like to hear the alternative to the no brain coont

explanation. I'm sure there are a few good reasons but I just can't fully understand them.

For example, you can criticise them for hiring Grant. Well most teams have hired a dud manager, Chelsea hired Grant too for example. Spurs have Ramos. Managers sometimes don't work out.

They held on to Worthington too long. Perhaps, but the reasoning was sound (in my opinion) and what evidence is there to say that sacking the manager as soon as things goes wrong works (See Crystal Palace)

Not going for Cullum - been done to death. Obviously not a good enough offer from him

Finances - you can't magic them up. Apparently they gave too much to Worthington, but are giving too little to Roeder. He is getting pretty much what he wants. (within reason)

So please give me some valid reasons and I'll happily take them on board.
