I think the classic example

that proved this was his approach was when he tried the opposite - and slated Hughes at Blackburn (and we know what happened). It was such a conspicuous change of approach that you knew it spelt trouble. And of course, he then continued the "We need to respect these teams" when we dropped a division.
I think Hull's "Goandgetem" approach shows what happens when a bit of valour comes into play.
I also think with NI he is being a bit more gung-ho -perhaps because it's a different (and lesser) pressure.
