Over cautious and over-awed - quite right, and I think it showed at times.

Away from home the team were beaten before they set foot on the pitch, pretty much of the time.

Better at home, but not always.

A bit of the Little Old Norwich there, and I don't think anyone would be out of order saying that some board members were responsible for the encouragement of that attitude.
