So far I've seen very little evidence of any of those qualities.
His contacts have done nothing but flood our squad with mediocre loan players.
His experience consists of an average performance as Newcastle manager. That aside he's lost more games than he's won at every club he's ever managed.
His knowledge seemed pretty lacking today when he dropped our best player out of the game by moving him to right back and then played Bell on the left wing.
Roeder isn't a great manager with great experience, knowledge and contacts. He's an average manager with an over exaggerated sense of self importance and a knack for persuading people to believe him.
All that said, I don't think our current problems are his fault. Who could do any better with no money and no chance?
