For me the diffence isn't disimilar to Grant, injuries, players gone from last season that

we miss, new players injured

The difference is Grant lost the plot under the pressure, the pressure that we put on managers here, as well as the general pressure of working to a tight budget

The good thing about Roeder, is he can handle pressure, has more contacts, knowledge, and experience to get his ideas down and through to the players

We were a mess when he came in, we all accepted that. I don't understand the thoughts that we should be a success a year on, based on? Well based on what?
