Caffeine.

Last coffee of the day is usually about half an hour before I close, so at the moment about 10.30 pm. Have tried to make it a rule not to have anything before I finished doing the papers in the mornings either, so first is around 9 am.

Not to say I drink only tea and coffee - try to spend the 4.00 - 7.30 shift on squashes.
