just didn't word the post at all well

what time is the last coffee of the day? Mrs Hawes has succeeded in making me feel paranoid about sleep loss from it (she basically won't touch it after midday).

Whereas I remember when I was a kid, my parents having one last thing at night. Didn't seem to bother them.
