if we can get within striking distance of the playoffs before the Jan transfer window the club might be more willing to take a "calculated gamble" on splashing out on one or two quality players who will take us to the Prem.

Also it will make us more attractive to prem players who are currently out of the frame for possible loans.

Shame about the s**t at Man City as we might have had a chance of getting Ched back.

We dont need a world class striker in this division as we are creating clear cut chances that below average prem strikers would bury all day.

You have the feeling that Iverson and Lupoli would do very well together.
