NU History Lesson Part 77

They lost my business thanks to endless waiting times on the phone to speak to someone, that 'someone' not being able to speak english correctly which prolonged the conversation five fold and me thinking 'why the f**k should I tolerate this when they're doing it just to increase profits further at the expense of british jobs'
