Is the club really is being financially mismanaged?

Have been reading last nights and todays posts. If the mismanagement is as people have said then all will be revealed in the Accounts in October. There must be people on here who can disect and interpret balance sheets for us (don't rely only on Archant)
The AGM is then the time for shareholders to challenge the Board (after all we are all such great fans that we attend every match, arrange our holidays around the season and must of course be shareholders). One day maybe it will happen.
