It's the boards problem because ultimately every failure leads back to them

They are the one's running the football club. So any failure under them for example the manager, which they appoint, is ultimately there fault. Regarding Roeder, I happen to think he's a decent manager the problem is he isn't being given enough funds to do the job he's required to do. This again comes back to the board and it's why we are still currently trying to scrabble around for a striker when one should have been sorted a long time ago.
