very bravely in a character, says his family history means he's scottish, but he says "I'm like you, I'm scotch as well", and every time he says it, some laugh and some cringe
Then goes on to talk about Braveheart, and the inconsistencies of the film, but then relates to it as fact for a laugh, by mentioning the french girl he has sex with in the film, actually existing factually, but at the time it states in the film, she was four years old. He then goes on to say that he's not questioning whether he did have sex with her "he did, he definitely did" :)
Ott humour, but clever, and taken very well by the audience
I think I was again alerting how you're slight protective of your irish roots, well referring to Scottish as Scotch, wouldn't exactly go down well if say, someone referred to you in an equilivilant way innit, which is why I pulled you up when you were egging south on the other week :P
