I was thinking along those lines today too

If someone offered you 40k for your house (worth 150k) but you could still live in it, would you accept because your wife and family want a new kitchen holiday car, credit debts paid off

No is the answer, because your house is your castle, and you manage to get by and things aren't that bad

Accept and you've probably lost out on what you've actually paid off down the years, you now have an extra body in the house who can therefore have a lot of influence over anything

In that sense, The family didn't actually need to sell in the first place, as they already had a stable base and a manageable life

Transfer that to Norwich, and Delia doesn't actually need to sell

In that sense, if Cullum wants the club, he needs to really want it, not undervalue it and dress it up as a treasure chest for players

For me in a lot of ways, Cullum has just been one Ocean Finance advert in all this, over emphasizing the great times ahead when they are only short term
