The Trust will have no influence on the outcome - it would be a waste of peoples money

The original idea of the trust was a sound idea but in a takeover situation they will have no say whatsoever in the outcome, nor any decisions made as to the resolution of any deals.

Delia and Michael hold the majority sahreholding and therefore their decision is final and binding on the rest of the shareholders.
