NCFC Shareholders

If this take-over gets grubby it will be the shareholding fans that will need to organise themselves. One simple step would be for as many fans as possible to pay their ten quid and join Norwich City Supporters Trust (cheeper than Canary Kitty).
The Trust is an Industrial Provident Society (like a mutual Building Society) that purchases shares in the football club, currently ?23000 plus of shares held. Each trust member receives a ?1 share in the Trust, the other ?9 going towards NCFC Share purchase, and through the democratic principles of IPS procedures has a say in how the Trust votes at NCFC AGMs and I assume at an EGM concerning the take-over.
