I'd thought it'd go to coefficients if the Czechs and Turkey finished level next week too. But then I came across this:

It's very confusing - but I think it means that, because the two sides involved happen to be playing each other in their last game, we'd be looking at penalties in the event of a draw after 90 minutes. Which'd be unprecedented, great fun, and certainly an improvement on the coin tosses of early tournaments or the World Cup bingo which followed Group F's conclusion in 1990. And given they have the best shootout record in world football (played three, won three), I'd like to think the Czechs would be OK here too.
