I lived next to Bramall Lane last year

I know the houses you're talking about and I don't think I'm desperate enough for the moola to move back there. Hunters Bar is definitely cheaper than Broomhill though - everyone I know down there is paying a good £5-10 less p/w. Obviously money isn't the only issue though - unlike this year I've got a solid group of friends together to move in with. I do like my house-mates this year, but I only really knew two of them (and they were friends from school). The rest have proved to be odd, to say the least. And there are two couples in the house, which makes for a *really* sociable atmosphere, as you can imagine.
