Break the 3 exits down

Huckerby, hero amongst the fans, flare player and a massive influence amongst all situations. Outspoken, and loves the club

Everything points towards a great situation, yet Roeder let him go.

Adams is shown the door, on what looks like a petty squabble between Roeder and him, over guess who? Huckerby

Lastly, the kit man goes, in a position that can hardly do any wrong surely? Or can it?

Isn't there a case here that Roeder is trying to tell us all that this club is rocking inside from the very bottom to the top where it hits him?

It looks like he's trying to tell us all it's time for it all to stop, and he's in charge, and people's opinions riddled viewpoint right down to the kit man, are not welcome

I guess Roeder is saying he wants a tight ship, and he needs to know all his staff are together and with him
