Yes the kit man going on the surface looks like a strange decision, when all he does is sort the kit out

Though, having said that, it was alongside Adams, who Roeder is rumoured to have been angry at over the Huckerby comments

If you actually put the whole thing together, along with Roeder's comments about how some people will never know what it's like to manage a club etc, he was trying to tell us all what's actually wrong with this club (and in a way, was probably telling how Grant went from ok in the first few months to out of the door within 2 months of last season)
