My neighbour bought the same router, but a year later so it was more powerful for the same money, and I am able to see it with a fairly medium signal from anywhere in my house. That's pretty strong considering it is on their ground floor (I know cos I installed it for them) and we have old houses which are basically detached but right next to each other (looks like terraced) so it's through two serious outer walls.
