I'd skip the San Siro unless you're going to a game and short of time.

The other things are a definite. Forget the name of the Old Masters gallery in Milan (which had some good stuff); but I guess the Uffizzi in Florence is the biggy on that front.

Otherwise, I thought Milan was only OK
